Return Policy:

Sometimes you have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. If you want to cancel the booking within 24 hours of payment then for it you will get your full refund. But if you want to cancel the booking after 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee will depend on the service, operator, and time of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your tour before thirty days, 10% cancellation fee will be charged
If you cancel your tour before 15-30 days, 25% cancellation fee will be charged
If you cancel your tour before 7-15 days, 50% cancellation fee will be charged
If you cancel your tour before 3-7 days, 75% cancellation fee will be charged
If you cancel your tour before 0-3 days, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Payment Term Policy:

As per the payment term policy for activity bookings, you are required to make 100% payment at the time of booking. We accept various payments like Credit cards, Debit Cards, Online Banking as well as UPI and Cash. Some activities require you to pay an advance payment, which amount and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
